I am a full-time professional Realtor here to represent you and your interests. My mission is to put you at ease, assisting you in all of your Real Estate needs without "high pressure sales" methods. With more than 35 years of experience at Pepsi Cola in Sales Management and Marketing, I have a proven background in sales and an extensive network of contacts  both in and around Central Ohio.

I am a longtime resident of Grove City and Southwest Central Ohio.  My wife Elaine and I met at Pleasant View High School in 1966, and married in 1969.  We have two adult children, Angela and Kevin. Kevin attained a Bachelor's Degree from The University of Findlay, a Master's Degree in Fine Arts from Fort Hays State University, and leads the Ceramics program at Westland High School.  He resides in Galloway with his wife.  Angela earned a Bachelor's Degree from The Ohio State University, a Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, and a Real Estate Certificate from Columbus State Community College.  She currently resides in the Washington D.C. area with her husband.

I am a member of the Columbus Board of Realtors (CBR) and its' Million Dollar Club, as a Century 21 Multi-Million Dollar Producer, as well as the CBR's Technology Users Forum and the Commercial/Investment Standard Forms Committee.  I am also a member of the Central Ohio Commercial Information Exchange (COCIE), the Ohio Association of Realtors (OAR), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).   I am the 2007 President of the West Southwest Area Realtors Association, the 2006 President-Elect, and the Vice President for the South Area Realty Association for 2006-07.  I received Top Producer awards for the years 2004-06, the Quality Service Award for 2004-05, and am listed in the National Register's Who's Who in Exectutives and Professionals, 2006-07 Edition located in the Library of Congress in Washington D.C.
