I am here to represent you and your interests, and it is my mission to put you at ease, assisting you in all of your Real Estate needs without "high pressure sales" methods. With more than 35 years past experience at Pepsi Cola in Sales Management and Marketing, I have a proven background in sales and marketing paired with an extensive network of contacts both in, and around, Central Ohio.

I am a life-long resident of Grove City and Southwest Central Ohio.  My wife and I married in 1969 and have two adult children.  Our son attained a Bachelor's Degree from The University of Findlay, a Master's Degree in Fine Arts from Fort Hays State University, and leads the Ceramics program at Westland High School.  He resides in Galloway with his wife.  Our daughter earned a Bachelor's Degree from The Ohio State University, a Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, and a Real Estate Certificate from Columbus State Community College.  She currently resides in the Washington D.C. area with her husband.

I am a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and Ohio Association of Realtors (OAR), and I received the 2008 President's Sales Club Award of Achievement.  I am also a member of the Columbus Board of Realtors (CBR) and its' Million Dollar Club, as a Century 21 Multi-Million Dollar Producer.  I am on CBR's Technology Users Forum and the Commercial/Investment Standard Forms Committee, as well as one of the founding members of the Central Ohio Commercial Information Exchange (COCIE).   I was the 2007 President of the West Southwest Area Realtors Association, the 2006 President-Elect, and the Vice President for the South Area Realty Association for 2006-07.  I received Top Producer awards for the years 2004-06, the Quality Service Award for 2004 - present, and am listed in the National Register's Who's Who in Exectutives and Professionals, 2006-07 Edition located in the Library of Congress in Washington D.C.
