Staging is all about marketing your house so it visually appeals to most Buyers.  We live in our homes in our own way, but we need to present a widely appealing house for sale.  Staging is quite important in a buyers market--and not doing it can result in an expensive price reduction or a long time on the market!

I am a Licensed Realtor in Ohio, a member of the National Association of Realtors, and the Columbus Board of Realtors.  I also hold a Bachelors degree from Bowling Green State University.

I grew up in Westerville and have lived in the area for over 30 years.  I spent the early part of my career in Retail, working as a Buyer and later a Merchandise Planner for some of the top ladies apparel companies in the US.  It was here I found my skill is making the "pretty side" and the "financial side" work together, which has been a natural transition into Real Estate Sales.  Understanding what customers want and negotiating for my client's needs are things I bring to the transaction on your behalf.
