Hello my name is Eric Anderson and I am a licensed Realtor for Century 21 Joe Walker & Associates.

A little history about me... I am 25 years old and I currently live in Sunbury, OH and have been living in central Ohio for the last 5 years. I am originally from Detroit, Michigan and have lived there the first 18 years of my life and just in case you're wondering... Yes I am a Michigan Wolverine fan. Reading this you probably see a 2 year gap in the timeline that's because I went away to school after I turned 18. I attended Bethel College located in McKenzie, TN on a football scholarship and majored in Business Administration. Unfortunately things didn't work out and I ended up leaving there and coming back home.

To much of my surprise home wasn't the big and bright lights of Detroit, but the nice simple country life of Delaware, OH. Reason being is because my father who worked as a Sleep Specialist at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit was offered an overall better position here at Grady Memorial Hospital. He took the job and relocated the family here. Upon my arrival here I got a great job at American Showa Inc. and a few years later at age 22 I was blessed enough to be able to purchase my first home.

This is why I wanted to become a Realtor. When I bought my home I had an absolutely fabolous Realtor who treated me with the upmost respect and went above and beyond her job making sure I got exactly what I wanted at a good price. I loved and appreciated her so much I wanted to do this for people. I want to get people in homes who want to be in homes. Thats my job and thats why I wanted to become a Realtor.
