A "different kind of Realtor®" - hard working and low key. After 30 years of corporate lawyering, I retired to do something I enjoy - meeting people and riding up and down the road looking at stuff (i.e., real estate). I apply the same diligence and competitiveness that I have always had to finding houses and selling houses. If your selling, you can expect a very thorough review of prices in the area and an honest opinion of the price that will sell the house. In addition, you can expect a very thorough and aggressive marketing campaign. If you are looking for a home, you can expect the same attention to pricing, as well as an intent listener, who will determine what you are looking for and find it. (If you're not sure, I like looking at lots of houses. Let's go wandering until you've gotten an idea.) Along the way, we can talk about a wide variety of interests from art, sailing, music, scuba diving and bicycling to ham radio. I'm convinced that earning the coveted Eagle Scout rank as a boy made me interested in almost everything.
