Joe Cole is a lifelong resident of Delaware, Ohio. He's a graduate of Wittenberg University and also attended Capitol Law School as well as 1st Lt. in the U.S. Marine Corps.  He became a Real Estate Broker in 1975 and went on to own Century 21 Allied specializing in Commercial, Farms and Residential properties. 

Previous awards and positions include twice President of the Delaware Board of Realtors and twice Realtor of the Year.  Joe is currently a member of the DCBR, OAR and NAR and is an acive citizen in the Delaware community.
